Hello moms, I was wondering if I can take a Graco stroller that is part of the "travel system" on the plane and have it gate checked or do I just need to take an umbrella stroller type stroller. Thank you.

What can I do next?

In all the airline travel I have done(more than 10 times) we have been able to gate check any stroller had (including the graco duoglider- a double) So I am sure your single graco will be fine

I think any kind. We just returned from a Florida trip without any problem. Just remember to fold it up for them (so they don't have to try to figure it out) and put a luggage tag on it as well.

We just traveled for the first time with our daughter (1 yr old). We gate checked her graco stroller and had no problems.

I agree. I have taken my travel system to the gate and they checked it. No problem.
