I am going out of my mind. I have been moving all over the past few months. I am from San Antonio and there is about a million and one things to do. I need something to do with my 16 month old. I need museums...a petting zoo.... I know theres the zoo...There is that water park but I want something alittle cheaper...We go to parks but I want something Fun and entertaining that is inside. I take my daughter to Quail springs mall to play in the playplace there...but thats bad cause I always find some awesome deal I cant pass up! We have been outside alot... and I am big on sun and skincare and I just want to be able to have fun a few days out of the week inside! Is there anything out there??? I would like a child museum. I looked some up on the internet but there is one in Seminole and I dont know how far that is....anything that is entertaining would help!

What can I do next?

I don't know of a lot to do but there is a museum in Edmond that has a kids area. They can play dress up and stuff. There is also a place that we just found that is really cool, it's like an inside playground. Like McDonalds without the food. It's called FunStop and it's on Memorial just west of Lake Hefner Parkway. It's $6 for 6 and up and $3 for 3 and under but babies are free. You can take your own food and there are tables there to eat at. They also have a seperate section for the little ones that my 11 month old LOVES! You might have already tried the omniplex but they have a little kids section that's pretty cool and I think a yearly pass is $60 for 2 adults and 5 kids.
I hope this helps!

There are all kinds of things to do in the OKC area that are fun for the family. You might go to http://www.metrofamilymagazine.com/newsletter/default.asp
and look at the calendar and activities there for ideas.
The J. Moran Children's Museum in Seminole is wonderful, my kids used to love it when they were younger. Seminole is about an hour away from OKC and it is worth the drive for toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school age kids. http://www.jasminemoran.com/frameset.html

The Little River Zoo in Norman is a fabulous little zoo that gives you an up close look at lots of animals, some of which the OKC zoo doesn't have. You can even pet some of them and you get a guided tour through the zoo. The ground is not paved in some areas so a stroller might be difficult to push sometimes and you will want to wear comfortable tennis shoes to walk in. You can learn more at: http://www.visitnorman.com/attlittleriverzoo.asp
The zoo has it's own website but for some reason it is down right now. The zoo's website is www.littleriverzoo.com
The Omniplex has things for all ages so you might want to check it out too: www.omniplex.org

There are also play places such as:
Pump It Up (an inflatables play place) The Edmond website is: http://piuhome.com/StorePackagesInGroup.aspx?StoreID=31&a...
There is also one in Norman.

You might also want to check out the Oklahoma Newcomers Clubs for info at:
http://www.newcomersclub.com/ok.html

One other website is the Edmond Children's Directory which you can view online at: http://www.edmondchildrensdirectory.com/
It has lots of places listed for kids.

Welcome to Oklahoma and best wishes,

Several of the public parks have either a pool or spray ground. The zoo is great! Play areas at Quail Springs and Crossroads malls.

My little one is in Kindermusik once a week during the school year, Gymboree has classes for little ones too.
