Windstream here - think they cover part of Texas
I have CLEAR, and I freakin' HATE HATE HATE it! It's terrible! And it's $50/month! Ridiculous! The internet craps out on me randomly, I can't upload any pictures to my facebook or to photobooking websites. It sucks!
So, I'm switching asap. What do you have and why do you love it? How much do you pay?
FYI- We don't live in a rural area so that's not an issue.
Oh my, you ladies have really confirmed that I need to switch. I'm paying $50/month for wireless internet and $110/month for satellite. I'm under contract with my dish but I wonder if I'll be able to figure something out!
Windstream here - think they cover part of Texas
Time Warner Cable, $80 a month for high speed wireless and digital cable (used to have the land phone line too, cancelled that last year). Plus anytime we had to call them they show up when they say they will, fix it, and don't charge. No complaints.
:)
Verizon DSL. It's part of my bundle with phone and tv--$90/month for all 3 services. No complaints here. If I have an issue, they're usually here that same day to fix it.
We have U-verse for our tv, internet and home phone. I love, love, love, love, love it!!!! We've been with them for about 3 years and have NEVER had an issue! Let them know that I sent you. :)
We (no choices really, b/c we ARE in a rural area) have AT&T. It costs about $37/month in addition to the telephone account. MOST of the time it is okay. But in spells, it will be out for a few hours. About a month ago, it was out every morning when I first got up and wanted to check email and the weather. >:(
But "usually" is works fine.
We have Cox and it's 39.99 a month and it's very reliable. NEVER GOES OUT!
VERIZON FIOS BABY!! We have such a huge package... phone, internet, and cable with tooooo many channels, but total it's about $120/month and sooo worth having all 3 on one bill. The internet is so super fast, and being as I work from home on the computer all day, fast, reliable internet is an absolute must for me!! I love it :)
