My husband will be working part-time in January 06, so we won't be able to afford our great nanny. She has cared for two boys for 2 years -since they were 6 months and 2 1/2. She has been EXTREMELY reliable only missing one day of work! The only real negative is her english is a bit limited; but I didn't help b/c I speak to her in spanish. I would be interested in either part-time or possibly full-time care. Can you tell me a little more? What's her age? Does she have children of her own? How much does she charge per week? Does she understand any English (i don't speak Spanish)? Does she require live in or can she do live out?
