My daughter loved the on-line WW. She lost weight, too!
Hello-
Anyone doing this and is it easy to follow? Im wanting to lose some pounds before summer arrives. Are the recipes and point system easy to follow? TIA!
My daughter loved the on-line WW. She lost weight, too!
My personal suggestion for you is to go in person to weight watchers if you possibly can. It keeps me motivated to go in person. Unless I do that, I make excuses :-/ But thats just me. Good luck, and I hope you are able to meet your goals!!
I did weight watchers about 10 years ago and lost the 15 lbs I wanted to lose back then. I was just looking up starting that program again and I plan to attend meetings in Greenville. I saw that there are some in Rockwall also. 10 years later, I have had a baby and have quite a bit more than 15 lbs to lose but am up for the challenge, its time to make some changes! In my opinion, Weight Watchers is the best program out there. Yes the point system is easy to follow, especially after the first week you won't have to look at your 'point counter' anymore.
WW online is an excellent option. I did as well on it as I did going to the meetings. The only reason I quit either program was because of money.
WW online has lots of support. I would encourage to find a board that you connect with and get some weight loss buddies. That helps tremendously!!!
I've been doing WW for 3 years and have been at my goal weight for 2 years. The program works and the website is great, but for me I need the support of going to the meetings. I need the personal touch. Someone I can ask a question and the cheering group that supported me along the way.
It's a good program. Good Luck
I did the on-line version a couple of years ago and lost 25 pounds. I didn't want the stress of having to schedule the meetings into my schedule and the on-line version was always available.
