My brother has a painting/handyman service and he's very reasonable. He'll give you an estimate. Dan at ###-###-####
We are needing someone to paint many rooms in our house and don't have a ton of money to spend. Does anyone know of anyone that is looking for side jobs?
Thanks for all the names. We did decide to do it ourselves after getting a few bids and seeing the cost. We have over 1500 square feet to paint and all the trim so it is a lot. And I did not have my boys do it because the oldest works a ton to pay off his college loans, one is in college and does not live here, one puts in 12 hour days at school with sports and 3 honors classes and 2-3 hours of homework when he gets home and the youngest (14) well he is 14 and painting is not one of his stong points but he does help with other things. But again thanks for the responses.

I'm not sure what he charges, but I imagine he is pretty reasonable. We know him from our church and my husband actually does his website for him.
Hi, M.--
I know of a handyman that is in between work and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to help you. He and his wife are friends of our family, and I know them to be capable, reliable, and trustworthy. His name is Rick Duggan, and you can reach him at ###-###-####.
All the best to you!

I would be interested in doing it, I am not a professional but have done many painting of walls, I did my parents house all the room which is 5 and have painted my rooms in my house. I am looking for some extra income being that I was out of work for a year and just started a part time job If you would like me to please let me know.
Last summer we had our house painted from a recommendation of a neighbor. His name is Chris Rhodes and his company Redline Remodeling. His phone # is ###-###-####. We were very impressed with his prices and his work. He is a very friendly, quiet, family man. I think he only charges about $150 per gallon. We ended up spening like $600-$700 and we had our kitchen, living room (with vaulted ceilings), long hallway and a couple of stairway walls painted. We also had him take down a border in the kitchen. This was the first time we had hired someone like this but we felt he did a great job and was very reasonable. Good Luck!
Yoy have four boys that can help you out in painting your home. If the two oldest don't live there then you have two other ones that live at home and can help you out. I have my 18 year old help me out a little bit. I don't expect him to clean my house or anything because he's not my maid but is expected to help paint the house and do a few chores around the house including starting a meal here and there and dishes as well.
