Hi, I was wondering if anyone out there knew of a person (or company) that specializes in painting themes for children's bedrooms. My kids room are so plain I would like to create a them and have it painted on the wall. Please help.

I have seen several photos of her work, and they are very realistic.. the first time I thought they were actual photos! I'm not sure what she charges, but she works all over the valley.

Go to craigslist and under baby/kids search for "murals" and you'll find some great painters that advertise there. :)

I know of a friend who is fabulous! She is naturally talented and went to school for it. She has her own business and does thematic painting as well as wall treatments. I have seen results in two children's room that she painted...a princess theme and a baseball theme. She is amazing and here is her info.:

Please check out: Tatouage Designs (____@____.com)...they have a variety of easy to put up designs and some that children would enjoy too...and probably much cheaper than having someone paint them on your childrens' walls.

contact Polka dot dreams, its a childrens interior design store and they have 2 amazing painters who do murals, and they have great idea books and rooms the painters have done. they are by AJ's on Ray and I-10. I know the painters names are Christine and Jodi, just don't have the numbers:)

Just a thought, but my friend let her kids decorate their rooms. Not fingerpainted walls and all, but her and her husband painted their hands and they put hand prints around the room and then her husband held them up while the mom painted their feet and then walked them up the wall and across the ceiling. It was the cutest room you have ever seen. Just a thought. Another idea is to check with one of the local arts high schools and see if there is a student that might want to paint a "fantasy scene" on one wall.

I would recommend my husband who did an excellent job on the Land before time in my
sons room, but he isn't doing it for others. Our church used Rey Hernandez for a painter.
I believe his website is rayoflightart.com. He did an excellent job, but may be a bit pricey, I'm not sure if he is cheaper for homes than businesses. I can say the quality of his work is tremendous, he's a very gifted artist.
