Here is a recipe from my favorite Chef, Alton Brown. Remember that "Tres Leche" is 3 milk.

I love Tres Leche Cake and like to cook, so I would love to get a great tres leche recipe and try to figure out how to make it myself and save some money. My daughter's birthday is May 4, so we're doing a Cinco de Mayo-style birthday party for her this year with Mexican food and I thought it would be fitting to have tres leche for the birthday cake. So if you have a great recipe for this cake, please share!
Thanks,
T.

Hi T.. I love that cake too and I have a friend that shared her delicious recipe with me years ago. It requires some patience when you're pouring the mixture over the cake to soak in, but it's worth it! Good Luck.
Tres Leches
Yellow Cake mix OR (I prefer this homemade cake)
3 eggs (separated)
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Beat egg whites until stiff. Slowly add sugar, egg yolks, milk, vanilla and flour and baking powder. Mix well. Pour into a square, greased baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool.

Mix w/hand mixer or blender 1 large can condensed milk
1 medium size can evaporated milk
1 small container of whipping cream
Pour over cake (poking holes with fork) so the mixture is absorbed.
Top with Cool Whip or a 7-minute frosting.
Garnish with berries or anything you like! ENJOY!

Hello. I am very curious about how one would become a Professional Organizer. Can you share anything with me on your own journey? Are there professional organizations or certifications one needs?
Thanks,
Y.
