Epsom salt soak. SEVERAL times! Just try to avoid walking on that specific spot.. tip-toe or something. After soaking a couple times, you should be able to see the tip and pull it out with tweezers.
I think I stepped on a tiny piece of glass this morning and it is stuck in my foot. (Didn't know anyone broke anything!) I can see the little hole where it cut in, but I can't find it. I can feel it poking when I walk. How can I get it out?

put some elmer's glue on the cut, let it dry, then peel the glue off. Make sure you sort pull the skin apart so the glue gets into the groove. This so works! I've used it a couple of times with success.
I make stained glass and constantly get shards in my hands. The 2 best methods I've found to remove glass is 1) the glue method described previously and 2) duct tape--stick it real good to your skin (w/o pushing the glass in any further) and remove in the direction the glass is lodged.
I second Leslie M. Use ichthammol (also known as ichthyol). It's a drawing salve. The brand we have is Prid, it's homeopathic, as well. Just slather on a good layer and cover it with gauze and tape, or several bandaids. We've used it to great effect here for so many different problems (including toddlers that won't let me get the splinter out).
I've heard the glue trick to work before, but haven't ever tried it myself.
Food coloring (or india ink) can help. Just drip it over the open cut and the glass will stand out, because it doesn't soak up the ink like skin and muscle does.
When I was a kid I was hit by a car. I went part way through the windshield. They couldn't get all of the glass by tweezers and there was tiny little shards they couldn't see. They used duct tape, not kidding. We also used it when I went home as there were still pieces in that they didn't find. Your body will push out most foreign objects, so if you can't get it on the first shot, try it a couple days later.
There is something called Boil Ease. It's a drawing salve. The active ingredient is Ichthymal (sp?) If you ask a pharmacist, they should be able to help you find it. Put a tiny dab on the wound, cover with a band aid and wait. It should be drawn out into the salve.
my mom tells me to use bacon fat. wrap your foot up with a piece of it and something to hold it there for about a day and it should come out on its own.
Not to freak you out, but if you still haven't gotten it out after a few days (and by then you'll have determined if it's just a cut or not), go to the dr. to have them remove it. A friend of mine had a small piece of glass that she thought she removed but missed a bit of it. It bothered her off and on for a year before it got so bad she went to the doctor. The glass had continued to cut deeper into her body, so they had to dig it out. It was horribly unpleasant, and she was really lucky the piece didn't get into her bloodstream. Good luck!
I would see your doctor!! My cousin had this happen and thought it would just come out, ended up causing some serious damage and required 2 surgeries in the end.
I suggest that a tiny cut may feel like it has glass in it but instead what you're feeling is the cut its self.
