Where do you find the DVD's of the old episodes? My son likes those and we can't find them anywhere!
My daughter is obsessed with Thomas. I want to get some DVD's for her of the new episodes. The ones with the song at the end: They're two, they're four...Shunting trucks, etc... and the full animation. She loves to sing that song with the show. I can't find which videos have those new episodes. The ones I bought don't have it and I wasted a bunch of cash. If you have any of this kind could you please send the names of the videos? Thank you!

Rescue from Misty Island, Hero of the Rails, and there's a brand new one, Day of the Diesels.
I just bought "Come Ride The Rails" with that song at the end, it has 6 episodes on it. We watched it so much I was singing it with him, lol! Must be a newer one, it's copyrighted 2010, I bought it at Target for $5 two weeks ago. I always check out the $5 DVD's there before I buy anything ; )
We like Songs from the Station because it's full of music and it has the newer songs. I have one really old one that's got a lot of songs and we like that one, too...I think it's narrated by George Carlin, though I don't remember what it's called.
I have been wondering the same thing! We got a couple at Target, and they're alright, but they aren't the same as the ones on TV now, and don't have that song for the intro/ending. My son still watches them, but he would LOVE some that are the same as the current TV version. I'm gonna check out Bug's link for sure.
Also, if you haven't done so already, there is a website called ThomasandFriends.com, and they have a ton of cool videos, songs, games, and printouts - all free!
I know for sure "Creaky Cranky" has the full animation. We just watched it on Netflix the other day. It was released in 2010, so I'd recommend seeing how new a DVD is before you by it. You might also check to see if your local library has any of the DVDs for you to watch before you commit to a purchase.
Songs from the station has all the songs - but it is the old version, without the moving faces - which is the best anyway though IMO, you can get it on ebay
They have a singing toothbrush at Publix for around $4 that sings the theme song as that is how my son (as well as his daddy and I) memorized it. Also, for free you can go on Youtube and find the song with the entire lyrics and play it for her that way also (just add it to your favorites list for quick access). And there are bunches of little Thomas and Friends clips on Youtube as well. Just be careful to screen them before showing your daughter as anyone can post stuff there, legit or not, as we learned a lesson that way the first time :( Good luck!
My question to you is, Why would you feed an obsession?? Don't give her more, give her less.
