I know a male that had to go on testosterone because his levelss were very, very low. I don't know at what point he went on it, but I now notice that his face is very puffy, like he's retaining water or something. Is this a side-effect of the testosterone?
Good point, Cheryl!

My husband gets an injection every 2 weeks and has not had this type of reaction.
LeeLee:
If his face ONLY is getting puffy - he might have an allergy to the medication. I would contact the doctor immediately and him/her know what is happening.
I would be concerned that the swelling or puffiness who go down the neck area and cause the esophagus to shrink and cause airway constriction.
My husband goes every 3 weeks for T injections and doesn't have this issue
