Someone said your child is too young...no not really. My oldest had his first tooth by 3 months and my second had his first tooth by 4 months and my third had his first tooth by 6 months and every child is different. I used Teething Tablets (rather than the Teething Gel) and they loved it and it helped and they are natural.

10 weeks seems a bit young for teething, although I'm sure not impossible. Before using anything other than tylenol I would ask the pediatrician first. Other remedies may not be safe for her weight/age range. Try a wet rag that has been in the freezer to let her such/chew on. Could she have accidentally banged her mouth on something that cut her gums?

10 weeks is young to start teething, but all children are different. Try Hylands Teething Tablets. They are all natural and a great alternative to Motrin etc for pain. They dissolve instantly, or you can dissolve them in a little water and then give them to your child through a dropper. It will help her/him get some rest. They have been great for my son, even now that he is older and getting his two year molars. He tells me his mouth hurts and after he has a couple of tabs he says it feels better and usually doesn't complain about it again for about 24 hours.
As always check with your pediatrician!

I give my daughter Motrin before bed for teething pain but I don't think you can use it until 6 months. There are natural teething tablets that might help but I'm not sure what age you can use them.
