Can anyone recommend a place to take my 3 yr old to learn how to swim? We have tried YMCA in the past, but want something a little more structured.

My son started swimming with Infant Swimming Resource at 7 months old. Their website is infantswim.com. Infantaquatics.com also have the same type of program. They will teach the child to swim under the water and the lessons are daily (5x a week).

My son has had pretty good success with the Allen Natatorium. They put 3-4 kids in a class. If they have any kids that are extra afraid of the water they even put a second teacher with them.

I really like Emler Swim School. We have been there for over a year now and my 3yo swims like a fish. they have several locations around the metroplex.
