Suggestions for Good Apartments for Family in Southern Seminole County (Florida?

I moved here 3 years ago from south florida (against my choice) and the first thing i did was research the schools..we now live in winter springs and we really like it. It is a beautiful, active, family oriented community and the schools are good. There is a nice apt. complex on 434 called Legends. I don't know much about it, but it looks pretty nice. not sure what schools that part of winter springs is zoned for. My kids go to Keeth Elem. which we love. Good Luck...

S.--please, take it from someone with experience! Please research the schools, right up to (and especially!) high school, and choose your residence based on this! We live in a beautiful neighborhood in southeast Orlando, but our kids certainly did NOT go to schools I would have preferred for them. Start there, and you'll do fine!

I also live in Winter Springs, we live in town houses in Tuskawilla, we own ours but I know there are quite a few to rent. We are zoned for Keeth, Indian Trails, and Winter Springs High all of which are WONDERFUL schools.

I love Oviedo! We live very close to Winter Springs as well. I have been very impressed with the schools etc.
