Hi A.,
I would recommend Parker Chase, also. My son was there from 5 months to almost 2 and we loved it. I pulled him in out in January only because he was old enough to attend the same school my daughter attends and it would be easier on us to have 1 drop-off and pick-up.
For the summer, I will be sending him back to Parker Chase since his current school doesn't have anything extraordinary to offer for his age group.
My daughter attended Primrose of Castle Hills from January 2002 to August 2004. We pulled her out of there because we were not that happy anymore. Our biggest concern was teacher turnover. When I was pregnant with my son, we toured them again in late 2005. They seemed like they were working on their teacher turnover issues, but had not solved them yet. When I specifically asked how long the teachers in the infant room had been there, I got an answer that ranged between 2 weeks to 2 months. At Parker Chase, all of the teachers have been there for a long time.
I hope this helps.
