Hi H.,
Congratulations on your determination! If you are working out at the same speed you are losing weight, the skin should come back as well if you are really healthy. Exercise and low calorie, low fat is an answer for weight loss but there are other parts of the formula as well. Research the glycemic index which allows for healthy fats and also lets you eat a lot more food. The body needs fuel so eating is a good thing.
My husband began an absorbable multivitamin/mineral complex three years ago and lost over 110 pounds and has kept it off and he has now begun on the low glycemic diet and weight is falling off even more. He was not looking to lose more weight, just get healthier. That was actually our intention when he started the vitamin. He says he feels better than he ever has and he is a former athlete and has always paid attention to his health even though he got terribly large.
Nutrition will keep the skin pliable and it will respond. I take a patented grape skin/grape seed extract blend that restores the elasticity to my skin as well as my vascular system. (Two birds with one stone.) I'll be glad to tell you specifics of what he did, along with several other friends I have suggested this vitamin to, and you can weigh it for what it's worth...
God bless and keep your spirits up!
M.
