Strange Vibrations

OK, so I know this is odd, but for the past 2 days now I have been feeling these strange virations in my uterus. It's like I have a bumble bee trapped in one area of my uterus and it keeps buzzing for like 10 seconds and then stops. But then it starts up again a bit later. It's so strange. Has anyone else ever experience anything even remotely like this?

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

So, despite a lot of people responding saying it's just my baby moving my doctor said it was actually a muscle spasm much like an irritating eye twitch. I knew it wasn't fetal movement because I feel that all the time. I am 26 weeks along and have been feeling fateal movement since about 19 weeks & full blown kicks & punches are a daily, even hourly, occurrance. Thanks for everyones' responses, though! :)

It's your baby moving!!!! AT first I remember feeling like bubbles were bouncing in my tummy or really small vibrations. Oh that's such a wonderful memory!!

Any chance its just the baby fluttering or something? I'm due at the end of May and the baby makes all sorts of "weirs" moves that don't feel like kicks. Ask your OB/GYN -- nothing is too strange to not ask about.

HI.. I have a little girl and am pregnant again now. With both of my pregnancies I have felt the strange buzzing feelings. And yes.. it does feel very weird!! I don't think you have anything to worry about. And before you know it the strange vibrations will turn into full blown kicks:) Congrats on your 1st baby! Little girls are sooooo much fun! You have no idea the love you are about to experience:)

I had that too. I finally figured out it was Braxton Hicks - those "practice contractions" that are painless, safe and can go on for months. My midwife confirmed that. Congrats on your new baby coming in June!
