I was also going to suggest a church hall or a room at a local community center.
Hi! very hard year for us financially (as for most people I guess) - live in too small house for her little friends, sibs and moms (not to mention a few dads and relatives)- mostly looking for cheap, cheap place to have a little tea party/princess ball in South Hills or Pgh - thanks for your time - have a great holiday!
I was also going to suggest a church hall or a room at a local community center.
There is a place in west Mifflin- can't remember the name for the life of me. We went to a party there which the mom said was very reasonable. Its in the shopping centerby the mall where the Subway is.
If you belong to a church, can you use a social room/hall for a small fee or donation?
Do you have mom/aunt/friend that would offer use of a large room?
Have you heard of Backstage Pass Parties on Rt 51 near Century III Mall? Not sure f their pricing though. They don't charge for attending adults and I believe their packages are based on 12 kids/party.
Warehouse Cafe on Rt 88 has a party room, too.
Sorry--out of ideas! Good Luck!
I live in Mt Lebanon and used the Founders Room at the Park for my daughters party. It was only like 20 or 22 an hour. I didn't think that was too much. If you aren't a resident its only a couple of dollars more. But I suggest checking your local rec center to see if their rooms are rent.
The room came with setup of tables and chairs but you can't have ballons. it has a little kitchen in there too. I hope this helps.
