I second the combi system. I have a double and single stroller and both fold and unfold with one hand and are very light weight. Try looking on ebay for a good deal.
Hi Moms,
What is the smallest stroller that holds a child out there that will accommodate an infant car seat? I've been to Babies R Us but I'm thinking there must be other options.
Thanks!

I second the snap-n-go from Babytrend. It is very lightweight and you can collapse it with one hand. It fits with the Baby trend carseat as well as a variety of other brands. It is around $50 and is great.
I have a Graco system I got at Target. It has the snap in seat, but the stroller is a little smaller than the normal travel system stroller. The pattern is called Classic Pooh. It folds easily and fits in the trunk of my small car (along with a bunch of other junk).
I have to agree with the two posters on the snap n go. I loved it!
I think it's called Snap N Go. It's just a frame with a basket and cup holder (very important). I had one for my 2nd son, and wish I had one for my first. It was so light and folded down to next to nothing.
Try the Combi brand. It is a bit expensive, but I had twins and it fit everywhere I went and was so easy to put together and collapse. Also very light. You can get it with a car seat type thing.
