I was just wondering if anyone has used or knows someone who has used the Slim in 6. I am looking to buy it but wanted to see if anyone has had any success with it.

I haven't but I have tried slimquick and it didn't do anything. I am thinking of trying alli. Have you tried that one yet?

I haven't used the slim in 6 program, but I did use the Power 90 (its also by beachbody) and got great results, twice!! (before and after I had my girl)! I totally trust the Beachbody workout line.

I purchased it a few years ago and gave it a go. The eating suggestions were helpful (I didn't get any of the supplements), and the workouts were good...you could really tell you worked out! My problem with it was consistency & finding the time for the workouts...they get inreasingly longer the further into the program you get, and I know that now as a SAHM to a 1 year old, they would be too long to fit into my daily routine. If your kids are older and self-entertaining (or in school) and you have time for nearly hour-long workouts, then go for it! They came out with a newer version that is supposed to be shorter (maybe 15-30 min?), and if I got it again I would get that one. Hope that helps!

Hi R.,

I just started Turbo Jam day before yesterday and I believe it's affiliated with Slim in 6. On one of my DVD's it has a little video about Slim in 6 at the end. Anyway, girl I am sooo sore from the first day and it seems to work in all the right places for me. I did it again this morning and don't feel as sore since I did it. If it was up to me I'd say go for it!! Good Luck.

I am responding to your question about Slim in 6. I am a mom of two and I do not like to exercise and rarely do I do it. A couple of years ago a friend of mine approached me about doing the Slim in 6 with her. I hesitantly agreed. We did it religiously for the 6 weeks only missing one day. I have to say that unfortunately I was not happy with the results, or lack there of. With not exercising being my usual, I thought that I would see a bigger difference. I will say that my legs showed some improvement but the rest did not change much. I don't know your body type but I'm an hourglass and was hoping for more results. Good luck and stick to it if you decide that it's for you.

Hey R.,

Is that Slim in 6 the videos shown in some info-mercial on t.v. where they say you reduce your weight in as little as 6 wks??? I saw that too and was wondering the same. Does it work as they say it does? I'd love to have it, but don't know how much it costs. Do you know the price and the total offer? When you learn anything on this product from the other moms, please share the info with me. I'm looking to reduce my weight by 25 lbs!

thanks in advance for your help!

sincerely,

D.
