Do they make long sleeve lightweight sleep sacks/bags for 12 months? I swear i had some with my oldest (I gave all that stuff away) but I cannot find any!!! My poor daughter has outgrown her 9 month lightweight sack and I hate to have to use fleece in JULY!
Amazon only has toddler ones with feet. I want a bag.
What's wrong with the ones with feet. Put a onesie on and the one piece Carter's pjs. They are very comfortable.
Look up Halo Sleep Sacks. They make all different sizes.

I think I recall seeing some there when my kids were babies.
We always had Halo brand and really liked them. I don't know if we had lightweight ones with long sleeves. I know we had sleeveless ones that we used in summer, and you could put a onesie underneath if you wanted her arms covered.
We always did a onesie under. You can use a long-sleeved onesie, then sleep sack over that.
I think (this is a guess) that a long sleeve version would be unsafe for infants due to suffocation hazard. You know how babies like to sleep with their arms raised by their face anyway? So, the safest bet is likely the long-sleeve onesie under (a cotton one (nothing too loose), and these tend to be snug so they do not hang at all).
I guess I don't understand....is it that cold in your house? I have always heard from docs and other moms that we need to have our babies dress like we do because it helps their internal thermometer to develop.
So if you're sleeping your infant in a sleep sack I guess I just wonder why, since it's so hot at this time of year.
You could make them quite easy if you had a basic sewing machine.

If you are part of a mommy group (or ask your friends) for their old sleep sacks their kids have outgrown.
I too always did a longsleeve onesie underneath. Even in the air conditioning.
I had Halo ones too - sold at babies r us. No sleeves, I just put the baby in a onsie under it.
My mom opened the bottom of the ones I had and added material to them. My daughter was/is tall so she outgrew them very quickly. We just used a blanket (fleecy), but you could probably use a receiving blanket for a lighter weight one.
I had originally bought a pattern to MAKE some and planned on making them longer, but then my mom came up with her MUCH easier plan! :)
