Hi V.,
I have items you can use. Please email me at ____@____.com. I am glad to find someone prudent who could use my son's clothes. In these times we need to spend our money wisely. Smart thinking V.!
Hi V.,
I'm always looking for someone to give my kids clothing to. I wish I would have known this a month ago. I just gave away some clothing to salvation army because I couldn't find anyone to give it to. I still have a few pieces that are in okay condition and those that are in good condition are for a girl. My son is 4 so he's pretty much still using his clothing but I would love to keep in touch with you so whenever I clean out the closets (usually spring and winter) and can give you. Trust me it's a lot of clothes. Some of it I give my daughter but there are just some things she can't wear. Where do you live?
Hi V., I have a toddler bed from IKEA (low mileage)given that my almost 4 year old slept in it only when we were in NJ visiting from our home in Puerto Rico. I have matching curtains, a quilt and pillows as well. I'm happy to give it you if you'd like. We are in Fort Lee, NJ. All the best, K. p.s. We are out of town until January 5th and leave on the 10th to go back to PR.
I have had very good luck finding low-priced or even free items for babies and children on Craigslist... that might be a good place to check out.
Hi Betty,
I do not have these things for you myself, since I am still awaiting adoption of my first child, but I recommend to you a website called freecycle.com. It is just posts of people giving stuff away, or requesting free stuff. There are things for babies all the time. All you have to do is sign up, and be willing to pick the things up. It is specific to neighborhood for your convenience, but you can pick up from anywhere if you choose.
I also just saw on the SMC-NY (single mothers by choice, new york) site that someone is giving away newborn things. Her email is ____@____.com,
Best of luck!

Try a site called GumdropSwap (http://gumdropswap.com). You can swap from anywhere in the US by sending the clothes your kids outgrow to this kids boutique in CT. An option if you want to get some value out of all the money you spent instead of flat out donating. As long your things are in good condition they don't turn down anything because of brand, size or season. They take everything unlike resale store like Once Upon a Child! They give you points to shop on the website and send the clothes that fit your kids. It's great if you don't have time, patience or know how to do consignment, Ebay, craigslist, tag sale, etc.
Betty,
Please send me your information and the size of both your boys. I've saved lots of my son's clothes and should have for both your boys. Send to ____@____.com
Regards,
M.
