Seeking U-M Affiliated Pediatricians

I took my son to see Dr. Terrance Joiner. He was based out of the Ypsilanti Family Practice (by Michigan Avenue and Prospect Rd). He is absolutly wonderful, especially with my son. My son has ADHD and can get a bit worked up and Dr. Joiner took it all in stride. I cannot praise him enough. Sadly, we recently moved away and he will no longer see him.

My daughter's pediatrician is Dr. Greta Branford out of the U of M Healthcenter in Canton. I love her. There number is ###-###-####.

I would recommend Dr Linda balough, she is out of the u of m canton office. she is great! i have been taking my girls who are now 3 and 5 to her since they were born. Dr Balough is wonderful! She is the only one my girls request to see! Hope this helps!

We have an AMAZING Pediatrician at the U of M Health Center in Brighton. Dr. Julie Madison-Williams. She is probably on maternity leave herself right now, but she'll be back. AMAZING group of people at that facility. They always make room for you and are very good and kind! Good luck.

I am not sure what area you are in, but we go to the UM Brighton Health Center and I like Dr. Goodson and Dr. Madison (although she is pregnant right now, so may be on leave soon).

N., you didn't say where, but my whole family goes to the U of M Canton Health Center at Canton Center Road and Saltz Road, and we see Dr. Linda Balogh in the Med-Peds office. She sees my husband and I, but also my daughter since she was born, and she is just wonderful with her. Good luck with your search.

We have a 3 year old and a just-turned-1 year old, and we've been very happy with Child Health Associates in Plymouth. We see Dr. Meisenhelder, but we've also seen other pediatricians and nurse practitioners in the group. Give them a call--they hold monthly info sessions for expectant parents so you can find out more about them before your baby's born.
