Seeking Recommendation for Exersaucer or Other 'Stationary Entertainer'

I'm curious to learn more about ExerSaucers, jumperoos, or other stationary entertainers that moms have tried. Which ones have you used? Which ones did you like and why or dislike and why? What, developmentally, should a baby be able to do before using something like this or are there any age guidelines? I'm not interested in any jumpers that 'clip' to doorways, nor am I interested in any 'walkers with wheels'.

Stroller / Car Seat Recommendations

My husband and I are having our first child and we just recently attempted a baby registry. It is so overwhelming. There are so many different brands and models out there that we don't know what is best. Any thoughts on which brand and model is best for a car seat and stroller?

Exersaucer for 6 Month Old

Did you buy an exersaucer for your baby? I keep hearing how great they are but they're not cheap and so far I haven't had luck finding one on Craigslist. I don't want to get caught up in the baby industry and spend tons of money unnecessarily, but I keep hearing that exersaucers are great for this age. Do you/did you own one and did you find it useful? At the moment, we put our baby in her bouncy seat, on the bed, bumbo seat (which I don't find useful at all), or on the floor on a mat. Someone let us borrow a jumparoo but we haven't used...
