The Mocksville library has Toddler Time on Tuesdays at 11:00. Lisa the librarian does this and she is just fabulous. I've seen infants there so I'm sure you could take your 6 month old. She sings quite a few songs as well as reads a few books.
I’m searching for a story time location for my 6 month old...I live in Advance, so anywhere in Advance, Clemmons or Winston would be ideal- any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Thank you for all the great suggestions! The info was so helpful, can't wait to try them out!

The Forsyth County Central Library has a storytime called "Book Babies" that's for the littlest kids. I think it's on Tuesdays, but you could go online or call them for the calendar. Southside Branch, librarian Christina, has a great storytime with reading, songs, and crafts on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at 10:30. This is a 3-minute drive from I-40 at Peters Creek Parkway, and parking is much easier to accomplish than at Central.
The Reynolda Manor branch library in Winston has a story time for infants on Fri. mornings at 10:30. My son goes to the Wed. time for toddlers and LOVES it. The children's librarian is soft spoken and wonderful. Here's their website for more info. Good luck!

The Clemmons library has storytime on Tuesdays at 10:30. I think they say it's for 18 mos. and up, but there are always babies in there. I haven't been in a long time, but they used to be centered on a theme and there was an easy craft - that's probably why it said 18 mos. and up. It's free.
My daughter is now 11 years old, but when she was about 6 months I was added to the mailing list of Holy Family's Mom's Group. I was very active with them for almost 5 years. There was no membership fee. The church provided space for some of our actvities and paid the cost of our bi monthly mailings. At that time, we had 2 optional activities each week. They were quite varied and the planning was headed by 2 or 3 Mom's that volunteered to "Lead" for a year. I lead with two others one year. My daughter and I experienced much fellowsip by participating. Only a small portion of the participants were members of Holy Family. It was the type of group that would invite mom's when on an outing at the park. Some of the events that we did were craft and snack, park play dates, going to story times at public libraries, special speakers on nutrition/ETC, attending "Storybook Theater" productions, decorate a kiddie car or wagon for the Fourth of July and parading in the parking lot.....Holy Family is located on Kinnamon Road off of Peace Haven or Stratford. I am speaking from memory, but I suggest calling the church and seeing if there is still a "Mom's Group" mailing list. Good luck
