Seeking Reviews (Good/bad) for Birthday Party Entertainers

Our neighbors had a Noah's Ark Build-a-Bear theme for their 3-year old daughter and it was wonderful. My children ages 2 and 3.5 loved it!!! In fact, my daughter has been asking to have the same theme for her 4th birthday party. A consultant comes to your house (or location of choice) with all the materials for a fun time, equally for boys and girls. The children are engaged in stories and busy making their own animal, coloring, etc. Please let me know if you'd like more details. I have a great contact for you! He is a Balloon Entertainer, I have seen him in action with kids and at hotels he does shows during mealtimes, and he is really talented, and I am guessing not high priced. He does it on the side part time. He makes the most amazing things!! He once made a woven birthday cake hat for my neice, complete with a candle on top! He makes all sorts of things, pretty much anything a kids asks for, he has made before or can make from scratch!
