I am celebrating my daughters birthday in August and was thinking about getting a clown that could do some face painting and balloon animals. Most of the children will be 3 years old. Can anyone recommend a clown, etc. in the Folsom area?

The area's best clown is Bubbles the Clown! She is soooooo awesome! I had her for my youngest daughter's 3rd birthday (wish I had known about her sooner). You will LOVE her! Have fun! Here's her website:

You might want to rethink this idea. Even if your daughter is ok with clowns, a lot of kids are petrified, especially up close. I went to a birthday party with a clown for a bunch of 2 and 3 year olds a long time ago, and the majority of the kids were crying and clinging to their parents. Other than that, I don't know of any clowns in the area, I just thought I would let you know what experience I had a while back.
