Good luck and have a great party!!!!
I decided last night I would like to have a hot dog cart and vendor "cater" my Son's birthday party. (Like the ones you see in various downtown areas.) I thought it would go over well for a pool party where the kids and parents could have their hot dogs prepared and served throughout the duration of the party. It seems like an easy way to feed a large group of people swimming & playing. Has anyone done this before? I am not sure where to start looking for a service such as this. (Location: Flower Mound, TX)
Thanks to everyone who helped provide ideas to my dilema! I really appreciated (and enjoyed) checking out all of the different ideas! In the event anyone else is looking for this type of information, here is a summary of all the great responses...

Good luck and have a great party!!!!
There is a guy that does that - The Hamburger Man - and his burgers are AWESOME! He also does hot dogs and other items on request. Now - it seems to me that he is awfully expensive, but my DH and I have always done the cooking and never have done a large party, so I have no idea what it costs to cater something. It might be really resonable if you plan on inviting a lot of people and you don't want to have to spend the whole time cooking and cleaning up. :) When I had his burgers it was at a work function.

Wild About Harry's caters hot dogs and frozen custard. They are located in Dallas on Knox, so I am not sure whether they cater in Flower Mound.
That sounds like a neat idea. I don't know of one off hand but a thought did come to me. Usually Lowe's and Home Depot have those guys who stand out front selling hot dogs, chips and drinks. Maybe they would be interested or would know how to find someone who would be.
I am not sure where you can find one of those, however you can get a small nostalgic hot dog maker if you don't find one. I got one at Kohls. Here is a link:
