Try Steve. They use a Rotovac and were very affordable when I used them last year.

I have had several different carpet cleaners over the years, but the last time I had someone come & clean, they had a machine called a Rotovac. I was impressed, but now cannot locate the name of the company. Anyone out there who you could recommend or not

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't use Kiwi! I had horrible results from them, and I really didn't appreciate the way they lied to me about using extraction cleanign instead of dry cleaning. Although the company I work for now has gotten a lot of business from them due to putting too much of the soap on carpets, often leaving big blue spots... ;-)
I work for Fiber-Seal (www.fiberseal.com), which specializes in both wall-to-wall carpet cleaning as well as the finer cleaning needs, like wool, Oriental rugs, tapestries, and all types of upholstered furniture. We test each color of the throw rugs for color-fastness before doing anything. We use warm water extraction, not hot, so you don't have to worry about shrinkage and stretching.
The machine you are talking about sounds similar to one that we use, called a Simex. It has the rotating bristles to really work up the impacted soil. I'd love to give you a free estimate on your rugs.
Plus, if you choose to protect them with our custom-blended product, you can then call us for the next 12 months and have us return to spot-clean and re-protect that area for FREE! It's great for high-traffic areas, or homes with kids and/or pets. Plus, our protection product keeps the dirt and pet hair from sticking to the fabrics, so it vacuums up easier.
Call me if you would like me to come by! ###-###-####.
I have used many carpet cleaners and now call DALWORTH whenever I need something. Great carpet cleaners and they can also do many other projects in your home. I am getting ready for them to come back and touch up my kitchen counters. Good luck..............
I also strongly recommend Angelic Restoration. They just did our carpets last week actually, and have done them many times. I refuse to use anyone else now.
C., you might have already thought about this... But when I cant find the Business Card or Invoice from someone who did a great job... I search my check book or Credit Card statement. Sometimes its a lot of work, but well worth it when I can find the company again.
If all else fails I would call A-ABC Chemdry, many of my members use them and are always very happy and repeat customers. Their number is ###-###-####
The other company my members often use is Genesis Carpet. Their number is ###-###-####
My neighbor is also a carpet cleaner, their number is ###-###-####
I have seen the work of all three company's and they are all fantastic.
Good Luck!
I have an excellent carpet cleaner that is very professional and does an amazing job. The company is Angelic Restoration, www.goangelic.mobi ###-###-####
I have used Doug's Mighty Clean for several years. It smells really good - the whole house was $129 with tax and it was dry within 1 or 2 hours. I mean completely dry too.
I have used CornerStone Chem-Dry exclusively for over 5 years. I get my carpets cleaned 2 times a year and they do a great job. I have 2 boys, 2 dogs and 2 cats so I need it!!
I'm not sure what their machine is called, mostly I do something called a Truck Mount which gets deeper clean!!

Please give Angelic Restoration a call. I know the owner personally and they have an amazing, honest and great team of professionals. ###-###-#### www.angelicrestoration.com
I suggest doing it yourself. I know, a pain in the rear but worth it for us.
We have a Bissell Pro Heat (my 2nd one) and I love it. I probably shampoo more often than most people because I have dogs. I vacuum daily as well where my dogs hang out.
I've used the Dalworth, Kiwi, Stanley and some independent agents and still.....ONE thing that I have an issue with is....I HATE thinking that they are bringing in a machine to my home that was used somewhere else and has someone else's dirt in it. At least my Bissell only have my dirt. Sorry, kindof gross thinking about sharing a machine like that in my opinion.
Good luck finding what you are looking for.
Call Kirk Smith - owner and operator of Absolute Carpet Cleaning. I'm pretty sure he does a rotovac. He is awesome and guarantees satisfaction.

I recommend using KIWI carpet cleaning.
I don't know if they use the Rotovac or not but the machine they do use is very different then the typical steam cleaning machines. My carpet was dry within an hour after they finished and smelled really good. All of the stains were gone and at the time they had a deal where they'd come back the entire year for only $15 a room that we got to take advantage of but I'm not sure if they do that anymore.
Take care!
I use Doug's Mighty Clean. They are professional, show up earlier than scheduled, and do a fantastic job.
They charge a flat rate based on whether you have a one story or two story home. For our one story, I paid just over $100 and that's for a fully carpeted 2,000 square foot home!
You can check them out at this website: http://dougsmightyclean.com
I know they'll do an outstanding job for you.
