I've been going there for probably 20 years, and he treated my sons when they were growing up; they are now almost 26 and almost 23. Good luck. I'm not sure where you are located, but we see Denise Fisher and Melissa Vargas at Kids Plus Pediatric Dentistry. They have offices in Hoffman Estates and Chicago. We use Grove Dental. They have several offices in the west suburbs. I go to the office in Downers Grove. My son who is 11 has been going to Dr. Cabana for the past 5 years and LOVES him!

I agree that Dr. McAllister in Park Ridge is the best! My 6 year old daughter LOVES going to the dentist, largely due to having nothing but great experiences with Dr McAllister and her staff. My cousin, who is terrified of the dentist, started taking her 3 girls (ages 2, 6, and 10) and she loves her and her oldest daughter had some complicated work done with no drama. My co-worker takes her 2 girls there too. We've both been going there for a few years and just recently realized that we do. Great office environment, great staff, great dentist.

I adore my dentist. I have huge dentist anxiety and have ALWAYS cried when I get in the chair and the dentist gets in my face (I had a very bad experience as a child where my fingers got caught in the chair). That is until I met my current dentist. She is just great. Her office is downtown in the loop; hopefully that is ok for you. I don't know about her experince as a children's dentist, but I am expecting and she told me that when I come in I can bring the baby (there is a good area right near the exam space where I could see an infant from the chair) so I know she's pretty flexible. Hi, I do not know what area you live in. If you are anywhere near the Western 'burbs, I highly recommend Dr. Kurt Wagner in downtown Naperville. We have been going to him for around 13 years. Everyone that I have recommended him to and has gone feels the same way I do.

He is really great. I'm having some work down and he is very gentle and considerate. Hi hygienist is great also, she is VERY diligent and you get a great cleaning. They are located on Ogden just east of Fairview.

I love my dentist and I really don't like dentists. The hygenist is wonderful too. I've been taking my daughter there since she was 3. As long as they can sit in the sit and be mildly entertained it works out great. She is wonderful with my daughter and so was the dentist. Here is their info...

They have smaller equipment and chairs for kids. My kids always enjoy going to the dentist.

My family goes to Dr. Peter Kics in Arlington Heights, Westgate Dental ###-###-####). I live in Downers Grove and still make the trek to AH, because he is so good. My kids like him, too!

I echo the recommendation for Dr. Charles S. Czerepak at Pine Dental in Chicago -- he's wonderful! I found him through Dr. Weissbluth.
