I am not a Scrapbooker but I recall seeing a scrapbook store at Custer and Spring Creek. NE corner
Hey ... so I've picked my scrapbooking up again after not having touched it for well over a year ... partly due to our cross country moved to Allen. :-)
So ... other than Michaels/Hobby Lobby .. are there some stores around here. Also ... any stores that have cropping events or late night sessions? While I love scrapping at home .. it's fun to get out of the house and get some use of die cuts and the store right there if you need something. :-)
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

I have not personally been to this store, but I know that it is in McKinney and has open crop hours. Have fun! http://www.scrappinbunnies.com/
Call Britna Savarese. She is with Creative Memories and hosts cropping events and other stuff. Her phone number is ###-###-####.
I sell scrapbooking supplies with Close to My Heart. I hold monthly crops in my home and also have an online store at www.myscraproom.net Here is the info about the crops.
Let’s Crop Together
You are invited to join me once a month for a CROP! Many of you have expressed an interest in getting together just to play. I have room in my home for 9 of us to get together for some girl time. This will be just like a standard crop that you are used to:
• From 6 p.m. to Midnight
• You can bring any supplies you want
• Work on your own projects
Come and go as needed for your family. This will also be a free crop. Here are the dates that I have set aside:
• April 11, 2008
• May 2, 2008
• June 13, 2008
• July 11, 2008
• August 8, 2008
• October 10, 2008
• November 7, 2008
• There will be no September or December Crops
Where: 1504 High Country Ln Allen, Tx 75002

I do not do any hard sells during the crops. If you want to place and order, that makes me happy but I really love to have crops and all of the stores are closing in the area.
Let me know if you would like a free catalog and I will get one to you.
I hope to hear from you.

I know there used to be a scrapbooking store in Plano on Parker and Custer I on the Southwest corner in the Alberton's shopping center. Good Luck.
I would say ReCollections in Frisco, but they closed about a month ago. I do have good news though, Scrappywood is coming soon. It's located near the old ReCollections building. I think one of the managers at ReCollections decided to open her own store after the powers that be decided to shut the store down.
http://scrappywoodonline.com/ The site is still under maintenance though.
A friend of mine also mentioned Scrapinbunnies in McK. She liked it too. :) Small but fun I think she said.
I also have a CM consultant to recommend: Debbie Ramsey. Her info is ###-###-#### She's located in West Allen and also has crops, and a lot of fun events.
Good luck & Happy Scrapping!
