You are the mama. You are in charge. Figure out the schedule that works best for you, accounting for naps/meals/etc. And then voila - make THAT the schedule.
If you need help understanding HOW to do it, try Babywise.
Yes, lots of moms on here will give you sh*t for it. Yes, the schedule feeding **for infants** makes even me uncomfortable. But if you use some common sense, it tells you, step by step how to:
- get your kids to sleep through the night
- take naps on time
- get up on time
My wife and I really found them to be the "instruction manual" we needed. All the other books we read were great, but none were easier to read and follow than Babywise (it's a series).

Welcome to mamapedia.
I'm sorry - I'm confused. What are you looking for?
you have three jobs?! Your kids are allowed to go to each job?! WOW!!
A schedule? I would use the Mom's Plan-It calendar to keep track of time and where I am supposed to be - is this what you are looking for? You need to give us more information in order to help you better.
An answer is very much dependent on the times that are not flexible and what you need/want to accomplish. Definitely need more information.
Hi N.: I'm not sure I understand your question - could you be more specific?
