Recommendations for Cupcakes

Just know that if you go the specialty cupcake route you will end up paying just as much per serving and sometimes more for cupcakes than getting a cake. Cupcakes are more labor intensive sometimes than a cake so that's why cake designers charge as much or more for cuppies!

Sam's Club has some really cute ones and you can customize them and they are very reasonable too.( 30 for about $13)

Whole Foods is amazing! I buy my kids birthday cakes there, they're beautiful, they taste good, they're pretty decently priced and my favorite thing: YOU CAN PRONOUNCE EVERYTHING IN THEM!

Get on Google and put in creative cupcakes.......see what pops up.....or you can put in creative bakeries..........

Either way, I'm sure you'll find a great bakery that will be able to help you out.....you might try an individual that someone knows as well, sometimes they are the best choice!

Sams Club (reasonably priced and awesome frosting!)

I got cupcakes from Sugar Monkey's in downtown Naperville for a baby shower I hosted. They will do any design you like and they were adorable. Only catch - they are pricey, but you get a discount the more you buy!

Try Sams. Their bakery does awesome cakes, you can customize your order, and I have seen cupcake "cakes" there before.

I like Shoppers and Safeway.

I don't like JenyLee cupcakery. Very unprofessional. Not worth it for the horrible attitudes of the people that work there.
