HI moms,
Do any of you know of anything that will repel rabbits and other critters from eating my flowers? I'm hoping something natural might work? Thank you.

This is going to sound gross, but it works for rabbits, deer, any omnivore animals invading your garden.....blood. At most home stores you can buy sets that have weather proof discs that have animal blood in them. They are pretty pricey though. I make my own, we hunt so when we are butchering, I save some blood and put it in old frosting containers and freeze. Then when I need them I take one out, poke holes on the sides towards the top and set them in the garden. The animals relate the smell of blood with fear so it works! You only need a small amount, I use about half inch deep in the containers.....

Hi P.,
There is a product called a scarecrow made by Conitech I think. It is a motion detector sprinkler. Protects your flowers and veggies! Check it out on ebay, it works!
Good luck, E.

You can get rabbit deterrant at Home Depot and Lowes. You spray it around like a barrier. Works great.

Spreading human hair clippings around works well. My hair dresser saves hair for several of her clients to spread in their gardens to keep the rabbits away. It's an easy, free way to keep the critters out. Good luck!
