I am a very nervous prego lady. I am almost 11 weeks but for the last week or so I haven't really had any pregnancy symptoms. I wasn't having too many to beging with no m/s just a turned stomach if there were certain smells or foods around. Besides that The only other thing I had going on was swollen sore boobs. My boobs are still big just not nearly as sore as before.

So my question is did you feel prego at this stage in pregnancy? did some of your symptoms go away at this point.

I don't go to the doctor again until monday the 3rd so I have a week to worry.

What can I do next?

I have never miscarried but have 10 healthy children. My queasy-type symptoms and the super-tired stuff always disappears like magic at 12 weeks. In fact, I basically count down to that day because I know it will happen and I can hardly wait. So don't worry--you're right on schedule.

I would not worry. With both of my boys I had no symptoms the entire time...so I think every person and every pregnancy is different. Keep that in mind.

I didn't even know I was pregnant til I was 2mos.along with my second baby. So it's entirely possible to not have stronge symptoms.

With my first things did get better around 11 weeks like your saying and it was like almost wish upon some nausea or something. I'm sure everything is fine.

I didn't have any pregnancy symtoms with #3. If I didn't miss my period and take a pregnancy test, I wouldn't have even known. I didn't really have any symtoms until a was at least 5 months along (besides my stomach getting bigger...lol). Every pregnancy is different, so I wouldn't worry to much, unless you start to have spotting. I had a miscarraige before #3, and I had bleeding with that one and cramping.

Good Luck and I am sure everything is just fine....Hopefully your whole pregnancy will be this easy.....Let us know what happens!!!

Catheryn,

My advice would be to ask for an ultrasound just to make sure. You'll get to see the baby and put your mind at ease. Every pregnancy is different. You may have no symptoms.
I had a missed miscarriage in April at 10 weeks. The baby's heart stopped at 6 weeks. I was still very very sick those last 4 weeks so anythign is possible. If you are questioning anything please talk to your doctor. It's better to be overly worried for no reason than to have something happen to you or the baby.
Good Luck!

I have a couple of thoughts... Your first trimester morning sickness could, thankfully, be coming to a close. I personally did not like that so much, because once that was over, it took until I could feel the baby move for me to "feel" pregnant again. Thankfully, I had a wonderful OB, who left the door wide open if I was nervous or anxious. I would recommend that you have a check-up just to ease your mind. That sort of stress for the next week isn't good for you either. If your clinic or OB puts up a fit that you came in, I'd find another OB. I can recommend a great one!

I think that while it's very normal to worry, if you can look at it and have a reason to ask your doc, do it. I am somewhat dismayed at the health care system and the fact that new moms are at their worst--fragile, scared, sick--during the first trimester, and THAT is when many docs don't bother to see mom. You are at the point where they could probably hear the heartbeat via doppler; call your doc and see if a nurse can see you! If you have ANY reason to be particularly nervous--aside from "new mom nervous"--ask to see your doc. The chances of a miscarriage go down dramatically after you hear the heartbeat.

I've only been pregnant once, and I felt pregnant and gross from weeks 7-11 and then I felt great right up to delivery! I stopped vomiting, my boobs weren't wore any longer, I had energy...it was great!
Good luck. :-)

I've had 4 miscarriages total and 2 of those were missed miscarriages. The first one I was extremely sick, sore breasts, the whole works. At about 10 weeks everything calmed way down. When we went in to our appointment that week there was no heartbeat. The doc did an ultrasound and the baby had died at 6 weeks. I didn't miscarry until 12 weeks.

The 2nd missed one was just 2 months ago. I didn't really feel pregnant at all. Very little nausea. Just a little tired was my only symptom besides a missed period. When we went in at 10 1/2 weeks to hear the heartbeat we found out the baby had died at 9 1/2 weeks. I miscarried at 11 weeks exactly.

In between we had 2 miscarriages at 5 weeks and 6 weeks. And we also were blessed with 2 great kids in this time span as well. They are now 4 and 2. I was very sick with their pregnancies until about week 15. And then with my son, I felt awful at the end as well.

They say every one is different. But I feel like we know if something is wrong. With this last one I just had a really bad feeling all along up till we found out that he died at 9 1/2 weeks. I just had a gut instinct. But all could be well and the worry may cause problems. I'd call your clinic and ask your doc (or doctors' nurse) to squeeze you in for an ultrasound today or tomorrow. Just to check the heartbeat. I feel that all my worry may have been what caused our baby to die at so far along. I was so upset about it I was having panic attacks at the thought of having another miscarriage.

So call your doc and get them to sqeeze you in for a quick scan or doppler listen.

It's hard not to be nervous, isn't it? I'm exactly 11 weeks along too, and I can tell you that I fret from time to time because I feel the same way -- symptoms are disappearing! My boobs are still kind of sore, but not nearly as much as they were. I'm still kind of nauseous, but much less often, and not nearly as intense. Just know that we're wrapping up our 1st trimester -- we're supposed to be feeling better! I went to the Dr. last week and heard the heartbeat, so that was a BIG comfort. And when I told my Dr. how I was feeling, she said she's glad to hear it, I'm right on track. So hopefully my shared experience eases your mind until your appointment next week. Happy pregnancy!!

I too was one of those lucky ones who's only symptons were sore breasts or stomach turning once in a while for different smells or foods. I never threw up, I never had a lot of tiredness and I didn't even show with my first two until I was round 5 months along. Relax and enjoy because in a few months that baby will let you know without a doubt he/she is there with kicks and flips and laying on the bladder.

I did not "feel" pregnant in the first trimester with either of my girls. With the first, I did a 2nd preg. test at about 11 weeks b/c we were about to make our announcement but hadn't had our first US for heartbeat (fell at the time of Thanksgiving and wanted to announce with all family together). Unless you are spotting, I'd say no worries.

Hi,
I think all pregnancies are different. When I was pregnant with my son, it was the easiest pregnancy. I didn't really have morning sickness or feel overly tired or have sore boobs. The only symptom that was constant was it seemed like I had to urinate all the time. I remember saying to my doctor that I didn't even feel pregnant during the early months when I wasn't showing yet. My second pregnancy was way different. I had bad morning sickness very early on for 5 months!
I haven't had a miscarriage, so I don't know what that is like, but I wouldn't necessarily assume that you are having any trouble just because you aren't feeling anything yet. Call your doctor or speak to the nurse. They can also help you calm your fears. Take care and try not to worry!!
Hope this helps!

I started feeling less symptoms at around 11/12 weeks too. Your just entering your second trimester. The first trimester symptoms will lessen or go away all together.

You can try just requestion a blood test done to check your hormone levels. If they are really high there is no need to worry, if they are low they would probably order an ultrasound. Either way you can always call into your OB and see what they have to say.

Good Luck.
