The Dallas Arboretum has a great pumpkin patch with hay rides and many other events (kindermusik and play houses etc). There are also large patches in Flower Mound and Celina. You can google pumpkin patches in both cities for more information. I have never been to the one in Flower Mound but have heard many great things about it. The one in Celina is on a pumpkin farm. The kids loved it. Good luck!

Cumberland Children's Home in Denton has a Fall Festival on Sept 30 from 10a to 4p. They'll have a hay ride, pumpkin patch, etc. It's at the Children's Home grounds at Bernard and Greenlee in Denton.

K., The Dallas Farmer's Market has pumpkin pathces all over the place and does a tour plus for like a dollar the kids each get to bring a pumpkin home- at least they did last year when my Pre-K daughter went!
The Dallas Arboretum has a wonderful pumpkin patch and hayrides.
You might check the local rec centers in your area or churches. I know the ones in irving are ate several of the Recreation centers or many churches.
