Johnson Co Farm and Gardner Pumpkin patch are both really good.
I don't know if this question is to early but does anybody know of a really good pumpkin patch to visit? My in-laws are coming at the end of the month and that's usually our fun thing to do at this time of year. S.

My husband and I take our son to a place called Johnson Farms. It is in Belton, Mo and I believe that they have a website so you can check them out on the web. They have tons of slides, hayride, tons of pumpkins to choose from, corn mazes, and farm animals. It is really alot of fun!!
I like going up to Weston, MO to Vaughn Family Orchard. The drive is so pretty with the fall colors, we always to to State Bend Park for a picnic.
Also like going to to Carolyn's Country Cousins by Liberty.

Johnson Farm in Belton is wonderful! We went there for my daughter's birthday last year. They will take you out to the pumpkin patch in a wagon and when you've pick out your pumpkin, there's so much to do: big slides, and mazes, pony rides, a butterfly tent and farm animals to visit. Its great. I think its at about 171st and Holmes, but Google it and get the right directions. Have fun!!
I love the Weston Red Barn Farm. I love the old fashioned farm feel and the pumpkins are usually great. Its right across from Vaughn Family Orchard so we hit both places. Vaughn has the most amazing apple cider donuts. Yum.

I know that it might be a drive, but in Liberty, MO Carolyn's Pumkin Patch is a great place to go. They have a petting zoo, a play area, and more, and you ride tractors out to the pumkin patch. I know they have a web site.
