I mix vanilla protien powder with 1 banana, 1 cup of frozen mixed berries, about 1/2 cup of calcium enriched no pulp OJ and aprox. 1 cup of ice water. I don't particularly like giving my kids juice but you need it for the flavor.
Using chocolate protein powder, mix 1 banana, a heaping tablespoon of peanut butter and milk together.
