It would be great if you could get in to see a women's health physical therapist where you live. I specialize in just that in San Antonio and see a lot of prolapsed organs prenatal/postpartum through menopause. The therapist will do a detailed evaluation and set a plan specific for you. She may recommend a pessary, kegels, sacroiliac belt, lumbar stabilization exercises....either way she will follow you and make sure you don't end up with incontinence...
