I see lot of my friends using applications to check who viewed their profile. Do you use any such apps and does it really work? I mean, do you get like a list of names of people who have visited your profile in the past 24 hrs or something?
I had read earlier that there is no way to track who views your profile on FB. But now I am curious if anything has changed, and how to do it? Thanks!
Facebook says on their page that they are all scams. Most likely malware or viruses. Please don't use them!
Those are scams, if you click on the app it will continually post it on your wall and I think even friend's walls. Totally not legit. Same with anything that says, "see who is searching for you" or "see who deleted you"... anything like that is junk, myspace had the same kinds of things.
I clicked on one once by accident when I went to remove it from my page from when another friend 'shared' it on my wall. It was such a headache to deal with.

That's just a rumor and a scam. Beware viruses!
Don't click on it. It's spam coming through their profiles... go back and look, you'll see that many of your friends use the EXACT same words in the post. Something like "wow, I couldn't believe who was looking at my profile." or whatever.
Report it as spam by "x" ing out the post and choosing SPAM as the reason.

It's a phishing scam half the time and spam the other half. It's not a real app and it doesn't work. Never, ever click on it.
when you have a friend that has that post it means theyve already been hijacked, do not click the link, ever. Report it as troublesome at the drop down on the right when you click the X by the post.
It's a scam to get your private information and sell it to advertisers. Don't click that junk.

I don't use the apps like that - I don't have an Iphone.
On FB I would NOT use anything from there - it's more than likely a scam...

It is scam.
I tied to open it the other day and then had to spend almost an hour getting it out of my page.
They can carry viruses that take over your page or even worse your computer...I had one that started sending naked pictures of this person...And I was just opening something that said someone posted some photos of M..
I did open this one as well..although it was not too hard to get removed from my account....It could have been WAY worse.
Most of them say its just for fun if you do decide to try it. They are usually getting you to sign up for something else.
I tried one of the apps once and it did not do anything for M.. This was awhile ago so I dont know if anything has changed but I dont really think any of them work...all they do is gather you and your friends info and then posts to your wall so then your friends might want to use it and then the cycle goes on. But I could be wrong, maybe one of them works.
