I have an awesome marinade for pork roast
it's
1/4 cup olive oil
4 tbs worchestershire sauce
4 tbs mustard
4 tbs lemon juice
2 tsp salt
Mix this together and pour over meat. Then cook in the crock pot on low for 6-8 hours. It's great with some nice baked sweet potatos and oven roasted green beans:)

Pulled Pork Sandwiches. Put it in the crock pot with enough Coke to just about cover it. Add some onion and your favorite seasonings. Cook until it's falling apart (about 4-6 hours on low depending on size). Remove meat and let set for about 10 minutes. Shred it. Put it in an over safe dish with a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce and cook on 350 until sauce is warm. I also add cut up eckeridge (sp) sausage to mine when I put it in the over. Serve on buns. I make this for parties/company all the time and it's a huge hit.

I just put mine in the crockpot with a quartered onion and a bag of sauerkraut. No extra liquid--there's enough in the kraut.

Get a pork roast 3-4 lbs. in bowl put about 1/2 c olive oil 2 Tablespoons parsley, pepper, salt and a little bit of garlic mix that all up and roll roast in it. put in oven on 400 for about 15 minutes. while that is in oven take to blobs of aluminum foil and crunch together and make to logs (about the size of a lincoln log 4 inches long put those in the bottom of the crockpot. after 15 ins in the oven put the roast on top of the foil (it keeps roast off the bottom of the crock pot so it doesn't dry o ut) cook on low all day (about 8-10 hours depending on size of roast) it makes a really tender wonderful roast. I serve it with potatos and salad and your good to go. (you can throw the potatoes in the crock pot around the roast if you want and cook them for about 4 or 5 hours they are really good that way.

One of my favorite quick pork roast recipes is actually a freezer meal, although you can make it that day and cook it.

Autumn Slow Cooker Pork Roast
2 lbs. pork tenderloin
3 c. apple juice
1 16 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
3/4 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large freezer bag. Remove air, seal & freeze.
To Serve: Thaw completely in refrigerator. Empty contents of bag into slow cooker & cook for 6 hours on low.

*Two major pluses about this recipe is that it feeds a lot of people (I made it for my in-laws for Christmas dinner; it was a big hit), and it makes your house smell incredible and like the holidays!

I pour a bottle of Hornsby's Hard Apple Cider (or the equivalent amount of Martinelli's Sparkling Cider when pregnant) over my roast and then sprinkle it with quite a bit of crushed green peppercorns. I then make a cream gravy with about another bottle and a half of Hornsby's added and some more crushed green peppercorns. I serve it with bread dumplings (found in freezer section) and whatever veggie I have in the house. SUPER YUMMY!

Found this in Bon Apetit years ago... sorry don't have exact measurements any more - maybe you could search it online. Smother the pork in dijon mustard and then roll in seasoned bread crumbs - brown in a HOT cast iron pan seasoned with olive oil on all sides - add sliced fennel bulb and dried apricots to pan - add some (about a cup) chicken or vegetable broth and a little cognac (just a splash) - roast in hot (400) oven till meat thermometer reads done. This is really good and easy - gives the meat a great flavor - and you can substitute other veggies instead of the fennel if you don't like it. I've also used carrots, celery and parsnips.
