Christine Pace of www.huntjax.com is fabulous. She gives you all the photos on a disc with photo releases. Her prices are far below any photographer in the area.

I second the Studio 1 to 1 (in Grapevine Mills) recommendation! They are great and their photos are timeless. I take my daughters annual birthday picture there. Well, there and Kiddie Kandids! Heehee There is one in Grapevine Mills or inside of most Babies R Us. They do a wonderful job. You get your pics immediately there, and there isn't a sitting fee. I have one of their 5X12 portrait creations done and it turned out SO nice.
I've had my daughter's pic taken at EVERY studio in the DFW area (just about!) and I can tell you I like S1to1 the best, and Sears the least. Target doesn't do a bad job either if you're on a budget. Picture people in North East Mall isn't bad either, for just a simple pic. Good luck, I'm sure you'll be happy with wherever you decide!

Ezell Photography is VERY well priced. I had my wedding last August and this is what I got:

50 Engagement pictures (4x6)- if you want different sizes he will work with you
400 Wedding pictures (4x6)-but he will work with you if you want different sizes
A wedding album that includes 8x10's for the album and you get to pick out the layout of the album
He gave us all of the pictures (even the ones we didn't pick out) on CD's with all the rights to the pictures
A small photo album (for my mom from the wedding)
and a Canvas Portoriat (that I still have not done, but he told me ANY time I wanted to do it, just to come in)
And... if it's for a wedding, he will stay as long as you want him to, not the typical 4-6 hour limit.

All of this for $1200!!!!

He is so nice and takes pictures of EVERYTHING you can think of and whatever YOU want! He does Weddings, Family, Senior pictures... whatever!!!

what kind of shots are you looking for -- I routinely take photos for my friends for $50 -$60 and just burn them to disk and give it to them... or upload them to a website like Winkflash and then let them just order what they want on line.

BUT if you're looking for a studio... I LOVE Studio 121 in Grapevine Mills Mall -- for $300 you get all the photos on a disc and the copyright release to get them reprinted wherever you want. :)

Stepping Stones Photography. www.steppingstonesphotography.com. Lives in Fort Worth/Saginaw but shoots on location and prices on website are very inexpensive. There are two or three "specials" a year. It would be well worth it to email Christi and get on her email list. She designs custom Christmas Cards as a gift with her Christmas sessions at NO CHARGE and includes it on a CD so you can order it from an online lab for super cheap. AMAZING.

I go to Portrait Innovations about 3 times a year. They have a deal for $9.95 and that includes NO sitting fees, 1 pose with an 10x13, two 8x10, four 5x7s, four 3x5s and 32 wallets. The trick is just picking the 1 pose that you like out of the approx. 200 that they take!

You should look at the Local Business Review for the reviews on Angela Majerus Photography. She is located here in Keller and she is a personal photographer who is AMAZING with children, assuming that is who you are photographing. If you are in the thought to get annual photos and want a really photo she is great. Worth looking at all the 5-star reviews she has received. We could not have been more pleased with her photos of our son.

I actually am going to be a part of a vendor party in Watauga/Ft. Worth area this Monday. There will be a photographer there. I don't know much about him, but if you're near the area, you could stop by. It's a come and go as you please type of thing. If you want the address, just message me.

B4Photography on myspace. She is a great friend of mine and does an awesome job!! She is an onsite locator so she brings her studio to you. She does about an hour to an hour in a half session and after editing provides you a CD with all pictures (about 100+) and a photographers release so you can print them where ever you want cheaper!!! take a look at her page. Let her know that Bush sent you!! She will do an awesome job and she is cheaper than anyone else I know!
