Does anyone have any feedback (good and bad) about AT&T vs Time Warner. They both have bundle packages on sale for Phone, cable and internet for about $100. Wondered if anyone could say if they had problems with either? Thanks!!!

What can I do next?

I switched from Time Warner to ATT and LOVE IT!!!!
I do not have the down time I had with TW and the speed of my internet is so much faster. What I had discovered with TW was when they went from Comcast to TW they reduced everyone's internet speed. Unless you called to ensure you were a high speed customer they did not change it.
Also I have fiber (ATT U-verse) which is more reliable and faster but isn't available in all areas.

ATT's customer service is incredible too. If I experience any problems - which we were out for 30 minutes the other day with the storm they give you and immediate credit on your bill.
Hope this helps.

I absolutely HATE Time Warner. I previously had Verizon Fios and loved it, but we recently moved where Verizon is unavailable and got TWC. We are actually having AT&T come out today to install their new fiber optic service. We'll see how it goes.

We were going to sign up for that deal and decided not to after hearing about our friend's experiences. The internet that comes with the package is very slow and it seems like people also have problems with their phone line... So we kept AT&T and are very happy.

Good luck to you!

I agree with PP. Time Warner is the worst. We cannot even get HD or digital channels when the temps outside are above 95, which was most of June/July last year, now we are dealing with it again. We switch to Verizon Fios on friday and am counting down the days. TW will credit our account, but we have to call in every time we have trouble and then they want to send out a service guy (this would be a daily event), who has time for all those service calls? We have had 5-6 service visits with the problem never getting resolved. We couldn't get ATT when we moved here, so I have no opinion about them. I have heard great things about Verizon. We also got a bundle package with internet, cable, and phone (unlimited long distance) for $100. The only wrong thing you can do is go with TW!!!!!! Don't waste your time.
