Does anyone know how to obtain a patent number for an invention? I have many ideas but I do not know how to go about expressing them without getting scammed. Does anyone know of any ligitimate companies and/or firms that can possibly assist me in launching my invention? Also, are there any sites you know that can be of help to me as far as finding out whether my invention is already out on the market?
You would need to see a patent attorny. I thought about going ahead with some ideas I had, but quite frankly the process is exprensive ($5000). But I do know of patent attornies. Research, research, research AND I suggest that you get a lawyer so you won't get scammed. Find a lawyer that specializes in what you want. Be safe, you deserve to succeed and remember, do NOT forget God's guidance. He can be your best advisor, too. God bless
