Thanks a lot everyone for your thoughts! He's in pullups overnight now, and we have had pullups during naps, too (the first day, he pulled off his pull-up and not only peed in his bed, but Pooped in it, too! YIKES!) but since then he has been dry at naptime, and this morning, he was almost dry in the morning, too. We're doing the same positive reinforcement thing we've been doing with him, and I think he's doing great. He's my nutter!

What can I do next?

My pediatrician told me that it was not unusual for a child to still have night accidents until they are 6 or 7 yrs old.
He might be going through a growth spurt or had some kind of change recently that could be affecting him. Also at around 2.5 yrs their imagination really starts to take a hold and he might be dreaming a lot more causing him to not feel the "I have to go" feeling.
Trying taking him to the potty before you call it a night. Getting him used to waking to go to the potty might help. But I wouldn't be too concerned. He is still young.

It is normal for a 2 1/2 year old to not be able to control his or her bladder overnight!! If he goes to the bathroom right before bedtime and does not have a lot to drink at night, he will still be wet in the a.m. if he has to go during the night. Put him in pull ups or an overnight diaper.

My mom and I were just talking about this subject. Her first four children are all boys and at every changing of the season they would wet the bed at night. My sister and I never did this and neither have either of my two girls. My third is a boy and I'll just have to wait and see. Keep up the sticker chart and maybe a reward for staying dry for a week. Maybe he is just sleeping deeper and needs to relearn? My mom never figured out why it happened, maybe some other mom's have the answer. Good luck!

My son stopped having accidents at night at about 3-1/2, I still kept the pull ups on for a while. Just keep the pull up on until you see that they are dry every night and then you can stop using them.

L. - I don't really have any advise about the bed wetting as my son isn't even potty trained yet, but I did notice that you have a link to a "sweepstakes" website. I would be interested in the other websites too.

I actually do online surveys and trials to make money and so far I have made an extra $800 in the past four months. It is nice extra cash and everything is total lagit. If you are interested in any of these sites let me know and I will refer you as you did me.

My son was a late potty trainer. He is 4 now and was trained at about3 1/2. He did great for awhile and the started peeing the bed at night, well after 3 mornings of complete bed changes, I started putting a pullup on him. We only needed to do that for a few months and he seems to be fine now.

Good Luck
