I do leg waxing (and hair and nails) in a salon in Allen and the ingrown hair you are talking about may be from not letting the hair get long enough before waxing. It needs to grow for 2 weeks minimum. Each hair grows on a different time frame and even though you may have plenty of long hair in a week, you will still have hair that not long enough to be waxed. After you wax, you'll need to use a loofa or exfoliating mitt as it grows back in. The hair will work its way under the skin, causing ingrowns. There is a lotion you can get I think at Sally's that will help with the ingrowns but it's just a easy to scrub in the shower or bath. If you keep up with the waxing, you'll notice that the hair will thin out some, but start shaving again and it will come back. I don't know why, it just does. Hope this helps!
