I tried one. It said make a payment of a dollar and they would mail me a kit of all the info I needed to start. It seemed very legit. Im not the type to just sign up for anything. I ended up getting no kit in the mail and had about $700 in charges on my credit card that I had to get taken off due to fraud. Be very leary of them is my advice. However I am very curious to see if anyone has some real info on one. I've been lookin for a way to make some extra $$! Good Luck!

There is a website that is run by a weekend talk show host named Kim Komando. She's really a good resource and she frequently talks about how to make money online - and specifically what to avoid. Basically if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I know she has some type of guide for online jobs at her website which is www.komando.com. Good luck!

Jareda, be sure to read all the fine print before you do anything. I had a firend that wanted to make hair bows for a company--- it ended up costing her lawyer fees to get out of a contract that was costing her money. The small print was-- 1. she had to pay for supplies upfront
2. she had to make x number in a short time or she couldn't make any money.
3. she paid for all the postage both ways for the product.
It has been a nightmare for her and the emotional cost is not worthit. Its like those scams that say " I am from Nigeria and have 25,000 that I need to trust you with" in the end you get your account stripped of all you have and your idenity stolen. If it looks to good to be true than it is.
Be Careful Please!!!

Most online businesses are NOT jobs. Your earnings are based on your performance and your ability to convince people about a product, or an opportunity. Do you feel like you are exceptional at this? Do you feel you could start your own business and really work hard and follow through every day? Then try it. Do the research first. For instance, type the name of the business you would be starting into your search engine and see what other people who have started this same business online think about the results. Not from the web site advertising the business, but from individual people. REal people.

I wanted to stay home with my kids, so I started a business within an industry I am already very familiar. I know all the ins and outs and intricasies involved. What is your area of expertise? Type that into your serach engine and see what pops up...

98% of them are scams so be VERY careful. The only really safe online business is one that you start and own yourself. If you aren't into that, look for something that might TURN INTO an online or telecommuting job. Unfortunatley, there aren't a lot of them and you have to compete with all the other single moms like you looking to stay home and raise thier kids. Sorry to be a wet blanket that that's how it is.
