I received an email stating I could do data entry at home. The email ended in 9f.com. Does anyone know anything about the 9f.com?

What can I do next?

Hey--

I've found a survey company that pays for you to rate different websites. I wanted to wait and make sure it's legit, but I just got paid $50 into my paypal account, so I feel good about it. It's a survey place--you get paid according to the survey you take. If you're interested in reading about this, follow this link:

They pay you once your account reaches $50. They pay out twice a month. You're rating online sites (I've done Blockbuster, Stamps.com and others). The only thing is you need a credit card AND you have to cancel memberships once you've signed up on the sites. I have an organized way to do this--it's easy really. I just list the company I signed up with, the date I signed up, when the trial period is over, when I've received the money in my survey account and when I've cancelled. If you don't cancel, you won't make money b/c you'll pay the fees of the companies you signed up for. Also, I don't take every survey--just the ones I'm comfortable with. I've even called the companies numbers before I put in my credit card info to make sure I could reach someone to cancel. So far, it's been pretty easy to do. Good luck!

I do data entry from home and it's not a scam, however, I got involved in it with a real person first. I would be leary of anything that came into my e-mail about a data entry job. I wish I could give some advice on how to get into it, mine was a total fluke. Be wary though. If at all possible to actually meet a person who's hiring for data entry, do that first. I haven't seen my boss since I got the job over a year ago, but at least I know everything is legit.

From what I've come to understand, data entry jobs are mostly scams. Try looking at www.wahm.com to check out what they have to say about it.

Hmmmmm. I've never heard of that website. All of the 'data entry' 'jobs' that I have heard of have turned out to be dishonest-just people trying to get your $$$! I have heard of some customer service positions you can do from home. Good Luck!
