I'm not familiar with Reglan, but I had good results increasing my supply with lots of oatmeal & mother's milk tea. Good luck!!
I know that my five month old(as of the 20th of Feb) is drinking less of my milk and eating more of his first and 2nd gerber foods but I am still concerned. I didnt nurse as long with my 20 moth old so I did not get to experience this change and I feel a lttle emotional about it. He is already like 17 18 lbs very big for his age, and healthy but I still want to nurse at least for a solid 6 months if not a year. I stayed home and quite my job and part of the reason for this was to nurse and provide both my sons with "free" childcare. Well, if anyone has experience with Reglan let me know how it worked for you.

What I am getting here is: you feel your supply is dropping ang you want to continue nursing. Have you called La Leche? They could be very helpful here.
I suspect what you are going to need to so is back off some of the solids and nurse more. You -can- do this.
I was on Reglan when I was nursing my daughter. It definitely increased my supply, but when I went off Reglan my supply dropped back down again. My midwife said this was unusual. What helped was that I quit my job to stay home full-time - the increased nursing instead of pumping brought my supply back up.
I agree with the first reply - drink lots of water, nurse frequently, and also eat oatmeal. I've noticed that helps my supply when I start to get a little low. Good luck!
I would say the best way to get your milk supply up and keep it up... nurse more often, pump whenever you can... and drink lots of water.
Good Luck and KUDOS to you for being at home simply to nurse your babies!
