I am need of a great fun place to have my daughters 4th birthday party. I ws going to rent out a pool but they only rent on the weekends. I have to have her party on a Th/F for my husband to be there.

Check out www.metroplexbaby.com and look in their directory. You can search by area. Have you checked with Bedford Splash or the Hurst Parks and Rec? I know they have great water stuff.
Rent a bounce house. If your yard isn't big enough, do you have a neighborhood park that you could set it up in? You can also rent generators to run the bounce house if you have it at a location where there is not electricity. I did that for my son's 5th birthday and he and his friends loved it...plus we had the bounce house all day, which gets them good and worn out!
What about Incredible Pizza or the skating rink. We went to a party there recently and the kids absolutely loved it. HTH

Mountasia family fun center on 26th has this area in the back that has a couple of rides and several bounce houses. It is very private and the staff is wonderfull.
I think that they may offer weeknight parties. It would be perfect for a 4 year old.
Not sure if you're interested, but there is a park at Norwood and Harwood (not sure the name of it though). They have a really nice play area with picnic tables nearby (and under big shaded trees which is important this time of year!) There is also a duck pond right across from the park that has a lot of ducks the kids can feed (and chase!) and you can also fish from it too! There are actually a lot of fish in there. It's now one of my husband's favorite places to fish. Anyways, if you are interested, if you exit Norwood from 183/121 and go north cross over Harwood and it will be about 1/4 mile down on the right.
